Fluidata has a large partner and wholesale channel, with proven partnerships in place with a range of IT service providers, outsourcing organisations, networking and support engineers, CCTV businesses as well as traditional IT consultants.

It’s important that Fluidata has a working two-way relationship with its partners, to ensure that the end user is completely satisfied with the deployed solution and continues to do business with the partner going forward. This means Fluidata will actively advise and train the partner on different types of technology available to ensure the right one is deployed for each individual client.

To keep things simple there are two ways of partnering with Fluidata. First, a referral program where the end user is invoiced directly by Fluidata. Second, wholesale, where the service is white labelled and delivered over a dedicated interconnect to the partner, or VISP, for direct delivery to their end users.

What stops direct contact with Fluidata?
Once an opportunity has been identified with a partner the end user is added to the database by a Fluidata Account Manager, ring-fencing the opportunity and ensuring all communication is relayed through the partner.
Are there discounts for partners?
Fluidata's solutions and services are already competitively priced, but costs can be saved depending on the level of involvement from the partner. Special bid pricing can be requested for any large or complex deployments.
